FOREVER STRONG FITNESS
Forever Strong Fitness was made to help people learn the right fitness and nutrition information so they can finally get the results they have always wanted and save them all those wasted years. The goal is to give you the right knowledge so you will be able to apply it to life so you can be forever strong. Not only will you get a custom tailored workout plan and meal plan, but you will learn about them and the reasoning behind it.
Some of things you should expect to learn about are proper form / biomechanics, reps, sets, tempo, rest, advanced hypertrophy techniques, nutrition, and so much more. Here questions are encouraged and wanted. By the end of your coaching you should be able to walk away with the results, confidence, and knowledge needed for a healthier and better quality of life.
